Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — overnight on orders placed before 2pm weekdays. South Island is overnight, North Island next-day.
Can I visit the roastery?
Yes, Fri–Sun. Just knock; we're usually there.
Do you sell wholesale?
Yes — see our wholesale page.
Can I return an opened bag?
If it tastes wrong, tell us and we'll replace it. Coffee goes stale and grinds change — that's on us, not on you.
